We redesigned a data analytics platform's user experience and brand positioning to make complex analytics accessible to non-technical decision-makers.
BrightScale's analytics platform was powerful but overwhelming. The interface presented too many options to non-technical users, causing decision paralysis during critical moments. Their growth had slowed because customers found the product too complex to derive value. They needed a complete UX redesign that made data insights accessible without oversimplifying capability.
We conducted extensive user research, mapped the actual user journey, and rebuilt the entire interface with clarity as the north star. Progressive disclosure became our design principle — showing only what users needed at each step.
We managed every stage from research through implementation. Our goal was delivering not just a redesign but a foundation for future growth.
We believe great product design is about removing friction, not removing features. For BrightScale, we delivered solutions that simplified without sacrificing power. Our approach focused on:
The result is a platform that non-technical users can navigate confidently while power users still access advanced features when needed.
