Senior Product Designer, Agent Experience

The Opportunity

Trusting an autonomous agent starts with understanding what it's doing. As our Senior Product Designer for Agent Experience, you'll design the interfaces that turn opaque agent decisions into something a human can read, question, and override in seconds.

You'll partner closely with the agent runtime and security teams to translate complex system state — permissions, action logs, in-flight tasks — into interfaces that feel calm even when the agent underneath is doing a lot.

What a Typical Engagement Looks Like

‍

Engineering ships a new capability that lets agents chain multiple tool calls together. Your job is to design how that chain gets visualized — so an operator can see, at a glance, every step an agent took, pause it mid-task, or roll back a single action without disrupting the rest.

You'll prototype in Figma, test with real customers running agents in production, and hand off specs precise enough that engineering can build them pixel-for-pixel without back-and-forth.

Your Responsibilities

‍

• Design interfaces for monitoring, controlling, and auditing autonomous agent behavior
• Translate complex system and permission states into clear, actionable UI
• Run usability testing with customers operating agents in live environments
• Maintain and extend the design system used across the agent control panel
