Data Privacy & Governance Analyst

The Opportunity

Agents that act on customer data carry real privacy risk with every action they take. As our Data Privacy & Governance Analyst, you'll make sure our platform handles that data correctly — from collection to retention to deletion — across every jurisdiction we operate in.

You'll work closely with the Regulatory Compliance and Agent Security teams, since data governance and agent behavior are increasingly the same problem viewed from different angles.

What a Typical Engagement Looks Like

‍

A customer in the EU asks how their data is processed by our agents and how quickly it can be deleted on request. You're the one who can answer that precisely — because you built and maintain the data flow maps that trace exactly where information goes.

When a new regulation lands, like an update to data residency requirements, you assess our exposure, work with engineering on any needed changes to storage or processing, and update our internal policy documentation so the whole team stays aligned.

Your Responsibilities

‍

• Maintain data flow maps and retention policies across all agent-handled data
• Assess platform exposure to new privacy regulations and coordinate remediation
• Respond to customer and regulator inquiries about data handling practices
• Partner with engineering and compliance teams to embed privacy-by-design into new features
